What Your Super V Lifting Journey Looks Like
During treatment
A topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment area. The laser handpiece is passed systematically along the jawline, chin, and lower cheek area. Most patients describe a warmth or mild heat sensation. Sessions take approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
After treatment
Minimal downtime. Mild redness and warmth in the treated area resolves within a few hours. Normal activities can be resumed the same day or the following morning. Some patients experience mild swelling for 1 to 2 days.

No. Super V Lifting uses Nd:YAG laser energy targeting the subdermal tissue specifically along the jawline and lower face — it is a zone-specific treatment for mid and lower face definition. Ultherapy Prime uses focused ultrasound to reach the SMAS layer and is designed for broader facial and brow lifting. Sofwave uses ultrasound for mid-dermal tightening. They have overlapping indications but different mechanisms and depths. Dr Sue will advise which approach is most appropriate for your concerns.
How long do results last?
Results typically last 12 to 18 months. Maintenance sessions once or twice a year help sustain lower face definition as natural ageing continues.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
